Home Accessories

• £6.99 flat-rate UK mainland delivery.
• Free delivery on accessory orders over £75.
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 weeks.

Please ensure your furniture will fit through all access points before ordering. If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, a redelivery charge of up to £150 may apply.

Returns

• 14-day returns from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
• Made-to-order, bespoke and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
• Refunds are processed within 5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
