What’s Covered

10 Year Structural Frame Guarantee

Every EMBRÉ Living sofa includes a 10 year guarantee covering the internal structural frame against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

For clarity, the frame refers exclusively to the internal load-bearing skeleton of the sofa before upholstering. This does not include springs, spring clips, arm cards, legs, webbing, castors, or any non-structural components.

12 Month Manufacturing Warranty

The following components are covered for 12 months from the delivery date against proven manufacturing defects under normal domestic residential use:

• Upholstery stitching defects caused by manufacturing fault

• Faulty spring systems and internal mechanical components caused by manufacturing defect

• Sofa bed and recliner mechanisms where applicable
• Electrical components where applicable

What’s Not Covered

• General wear and tear including cushion softening, seat compression, and fabric pilling
• Natural softening, compression, or changes in feel of cushions, foam, and fibre fillings through regular use
• Normal settlement of fillings and upholstery within the first 3 to 6 months of use
• Issues arising from personal preference such as comfort level, firmness, or aesthetic expectations after use
• Damage to mechanisms or electrical components caused by improper use, excessive force, or failure to follow operating instructions
• Accidental damage including stains, spills, rips, tears, scratches, or burns
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or use outside normal domestic household conditions
• Damage caused by pets including scratching, chewing, or staining
• Incorrect assembly, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions
• Use of unsuitable cleaning products or chemicals not recommended in our Care Guide
• Commercial use including rental properties, holiday lets, or Airbnb properties
• Exposure to extreme conditions including direct sunlight, damp, humidity, or heat sources
• Colour fading, shade variation, or changes in appearance through use or light exposure
• Damage caused during moving or customer-arranged transport after delivery
• Products that have been modified or repaired by a third party without prior written approval

Important Information

• This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
• Proof of purchase is required for all claims
• Products must be used in a UK mainland domestic residential setting only
• We reserve the right to arrange an inspection before accepting any claim
• Where a valid claim is accepted, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion
• Exact matching of materials, fabrics, or colours cannot be guaranteed for replacements
• Natural variations in fabric batches, texture, comfort, and appearance are not faults
• All products are manufactured or sourced in batches, and minor variations may occur
• Dimension tolerances of up to 2cm apply and do not constitute a defect
• This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Delivery & Setup

Any visible damage or faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@embreliving.com with your order number and clear photographs.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
Do not assemble or use a visibly damaged item before contacting us.

Our Approach

We are committed to resolving genuine manufacturing issues quickly and fairly.

If something is wrong because of how it was made, we will put it right.
What we cannot cover is the natural behaviour and wear of materials through everyday use.
