At Embré Living, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Before You Order

Please check all product dimensions and access points before placing your order. Due to the size of our furniture, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure items will fit through doorways, hallways, and into the intended space. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help, just get in touch before ordering.

Our Returns Window

You have 28 days from delivery for your return to be completed.

To start a return, simply notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange collection with our delivery team.

This allows enough time to safely coordinate the return of large furniture items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item should be returned in original packaging where possible
• All protective coverings should remain intact
• Item must be free from damage, marks, wear, assembly damage, or misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Costs

As our products are large and require specialist handling and collection, return charges apply.

• Sofa returns: £79 collection contribution
• Other large furniture items: return fee equal to the original delivery cost

Return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Original delivery charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide clear photos
• Do not dispose of packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
