The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout. Selected products may qualify for free standard delivery.

Sofas, dining tables & larger furniture: approximately 4–10 weeks

Selected in-stock furniture: sometimes within 1–2 weeks

All Sofa / Dining table deliveries are booked directly with you to ensure a smooth and convenient delivery experience.

Important Delivery Information

Before placing your order, please ensure your furniture will fit through all access points, including doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts.

If large furniture delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, a redelivery charge of up to £150 may apply.

After You Order

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

For Premium Furniture Delivery orders, our team will normally contact you within 24–48 hours.

Once your furniture is ready, we’ll arrange a suitable delivery date with you.

Before Delivery

Please make sure your furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases and other access points.

If there are any access restrictions, please let us know in advance.

Additional charges may apply if a delivery cannot be completed and a further visit is required.
