ORDERS & DELIVERY
1. How long does delivery take?
We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders.
Estimated delivery is typically 4–8 weeks depending on stock availability. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm your delivery details and arrange a suitable delivery date.
If your item is in stock, delivery may be possible within 2 weeks and we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
2. How does delivery work?
All deliveries are arranged directly with you to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.
Our specialist furniture delivery team will contact you in advance to confirm your delivery date and time slot.
Before ordering, please ensure your furniture will fit through all access points including doors, hallways and stairwells. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, a redelivery fee of up to £150 may apply for Large items.
3. Do you deliver to all UK areas?
We deliver across most of the UK.
If you're unsure, contact us and we’ll confirm for you.
4. Will the sofa fit into my home?
Please ensure your item will fit through all access points before ordering.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, a redelivery fee may apply.
PAYMENTS
5. What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
You can also spread the cost with Klarna, including 0% interest options.
6. Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Klarna allows you to split your payment into flexible instalments at checkout.
RETURNS & ISSUES
7. Can I return my item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
8. Who pays for return shipping?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer due to the size of the items.
9. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide clear photos
• Keep original packaging
We will resolve this quickly with a replacement or refund.
PRODUCT & SETUP
10. Does the sofa require assembly?
Most of our sofas require minimal assembly.
For your convenience, our delivery team will carry out basic setup during delivery so your sofa is ready to use straight away.
11. What materials are used?
All EMBRÉ pieces are crafted using high-quality materials designed for durability, comfort, and everyday living.
