Sofas and dining tables are delivered using our Premium Two-Person Delivery Service, including room-of-choice placement and standard assembly.

Standard Delivery
Dining chairs, rugs, coffee tables, side tables and home accessories are sent using the most suitable courier service. Your delivery charge, including any free-delivery eligibility, will be shown at checkout.

Large furniture: 4–10 weeks
In-stock items & accessories: typically 1–2 weeks

Free showroom collection available.

Please ensure your furniture will fit through all access points before ordering. If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, a redelivery charge of up to £150 may apply.

Returns

• 14-day returns from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
• Made-to-order, bespoke and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
• Refunds are processed within 5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
